Synapse Strategy | From ambition to execution
SYNAPSE STRATEGY

From ambition to execution.

Bridge the gaps with Synapse.

Synapse Strategy helps organizations turn sustainability, energy and building-performance ambitions into practical results. We bring together strategic leadership, technical expertise, funding pathways and program delivery—from improving a property portfolio to building the partnerships and resources that help an entire market move forward.

Why Synapse

Small gap.
Big difference.

A synapse is a point of communication between nerve cells, helping signals travel through the networks that connect thought and action.

Organizations have gaps, too. Between a vision and a viable plan. Between a funding opportunity and an approved budget. Between technical expertise and the team that needs it.

Synapse brings the expertise, relationships and operating structure to make those connections—and keep the work moving.

The framework

Define → Fund → Build → Deliver

Most programs stall in the gap between one phase and the next: a plan with no budget, a budget with no delivery team, a project with no structure to sustain performance. Synapse connects the missing pieces, carrying the work across each of those gaps.

Performance baselines, technical assessment findings from specialist partners and prioritized opportunities for energy, water, emissions and operational improvement.
Stakeholder & market needs assessment
Owner interviews, outreach findings, service gaps and priority audiences to inform program design.
Strategy & delivery roadmap
Goals, workstreams, capital priorities, milestones and decision points for a property, portfolio or wider initiative.
02 / Fund

A credible route to resources

Workstreams, responsibilities, decision rights, partner roles, meeting rhythms and escalation paths.
Partner & procurement package
Scopes of work, RFP materials and evaluation tools to select and coordinate technical specialists, contractors and other delivery partners.
Permit & compliance review framework
A requirements register, review checkpoints and an approvals tracker, coordinated with engineering, construction and permitting specialists.
Owner engagement & learning program
Outreach plans, owner cohorts or ambassador programs, roundtables and training plans that connect participants with peers and practical assistance.
04 / Deliver

Performance that lasts

Operations review & improvement plan
An assessment of workflows, responsibilities, vendor performance and risks, with specialist input on system optimization and maintenance where needed.
Performance dashboard & reporting pack
Energy, water, emissions and program metrics, reporting templates and review routines that connect results to action.
Practical guides & shared resources
Building upgrade pathways, case studies, curated resource libraries and training materials that help owners and teams take the next step.
Operating playbook & impact report
Documented procedures, staff training, handoff responsibilities and evidence of outcomes for leaders, partners and funders.

A hospitality engagement might begin with a vision brief and lead to a funded property improvement program. A data center engagement might begin with an operations review and lead to clearer governance and performance reporting. An industry initiative might begin with owner outreach and grow into a network of peer learning, upgrade pathways and practical resources. Each follows the same discipline: define the outcome, resource the work, organize delivery and sustain performance.
